What formats do you scan?
We can scan loose photos, 35mm slides, negatives and transparencies. Please note if your photos exceed 8.5×11 additional charges may apply.
Do I receive my old photos back after they are scanned?
Yes! You will receive all your original photos back once your order is complete.
How long does the process take?
We are currently running around 4 weeks for photo scanning. We do offer rushed services that we will be happy to add to your order. You can give us a call to discuss and add this option for you.
What if some of my photos are in really poor condition?
Our advanced technology is the best in the industry to perform the highest quality conversion possible. If you are concerned about the quality, we recommend ordering our Enhanced upgrade so we can give your photos extra attention. If you are still not satisfied you can always order a photo restoration.
What is the difference between standard and enhanced?
Our standard scan is a 6 megapixel scan that looks similar to the original photo with some minor color enhancement. Our enhanced scan is a 12 megapixel scan with color corrections and minor dust and scratch removal.
How do I get my digital scans back?
You have the option of our Forever Safe USB, a cloud link, or a photo CD.
What if my photos are in an album?
If your photos are in an album additional charges will apply. .10-.25 additional will be added to each scan price. Full page scans are $2.50.
What format are my scans in?
We scan everything into a .jpeg format.
Will all my photos fit on one USB?
Certainly! We will provide a Forever Safe USB large enough to fit all your scans.
